CoreReform was founded by Amie Retzlaff and Susan Favale, two creatives and longtime yoga studio owners with a shared understanding of movement as a lifelong practice. Through years of guiding others, we witnessed how a consistent physical practice evolves alongside the body, how strength shifts through different phases of life, and how maintaining a connection to oneself becomes increasingly important as the pace of life pulls us away from that awareness.

As our own practices deepened, we were drawn to the XFormer as a complementary expression of movement. It offered a different pathway, one rooted in precision, resistance, and control, while still aligning with the same principles we value in movement as a whole.

Our approach is detailed and intentional. Movement is slow, precise, and challenging, designed to create deeper strength through control and focus.

At CoreReform, the practice asks you to slow down, showing you that true change happens through intentional, precise movement. Within that process, a deeper kind of strength and resilience begins to emerge, often revealing more than you realized you were capable of.
