CoreReform is built around time under tension, where each movement is sustained long enough to challenge the body beyond momentum and into true, controlled strength. It is a practice that, over time, creates real, noticeable change in how the body feels and functions. Progress here comes from showing up, staying present in the work, and allowing the method to do what it is designed to do. The environment supports that process. It is focused, personal, and intentionally kept small so the work never gets lost.
the Timing Method
What to expect
CoreReform is intentionally small. With just 10 reformers, the room stays focused, and the work stays personal. Teachers are able to pay attention, make adjustments, and understand what each person actually needs, not just lead a class.
The work itself is different. Movement is slower, more controlled, and more demanding than it appears. There is less momentum, more precision, and a level of focus that changes how the body responds over time.
With consistency, the results are noticeable. Strength develops in a more refined way, and the practice begins to feel less like a workout and more like something that stays with you.
